Galangal Essential Oil. Used for digestive upsets. Hildegard of Bingen regarded it as the Spice of Life. Can be used to relieve travel sickness (sniff some oil on a hanky). Used for digestive upsets, diluted well with a carrier oil and gently massage on the abdomen.

In around the 10th century Hildegard of Bingen (Abess,musician, mystic, writer) regarded galangal as the Spice of Life.
