Extraction Description : The volatile oil is obtained by steam distillation of the 1) buds 2) leaves 3) stalks or stems of the plant. This particular oil is collected from the bud and is lower in eugenol content.

Scent Description : A sweet-spicy odour and fruity fresh top note.

Clove Essential Oil. Winter warming oil. Always dilute well when used on the skin. An antiseptic and stimulating oil. Also used as a mosquito repellent.

Traditionally used as a muscle relaxant and soothing agent.
